Are we allowed to customize our solutions package?
Yes. You can pick and select the modules/solutions required for you to bundle it for payments.
Is there any cost involved for upgrades by you?
We provide automatic upgrades based on the feedback received from various customers to a specific process and also keep looking for latest trends in the technology. Most of the upgrades and or even some new features could be offered free unless it has been specified by our email alert.
Are we allowed to pay monthly for cloud services?
You can pay your cloud solutions payment by month with an ACH payment processing set up. However, if you pay it annually, then you could avail a discount.
Is there any discount offered for multiple solutions?
Yes. If you select multiple cloud solutions we offer, we will give you a group discount to save some money.
What does having Managed IT Services cost?
Our service model uses a hybrid model. There will be a fixed monthly fee, which is based on the size and complexity of your particular network. All of your tickets will be tracked and if the number of hours exceeded the contracted SLA hours, then it will be charged. If the number of hours is underutilized for the month, then it will be rolled over for next month. Once contracted, your Managed IT Services will cover maintenance and support for every component of your network, providing you with peace of mind and the ability to accurately forecast your IT maintenance costs.
Is it possible to add modules and or solutions at any stage?
No problem! We offer scalable solutions that can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Whether you need a full package of managed IT services and or cloud solutions, you can pay and use as you grow.
